WRL 2025
For each event our rental price includes two 40 minute test/qualifying sessions on Friday per driver, with HPDE sessions available at an additional cost. We split seat time during the endurance race Saturday and Sunday as evenly as practicable, dependent on race scheduling. We provide catering Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner, as well as refreshments (drinks and snacks) throughout the event. Travel and lodging are not provided.
We have a standard Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement that outlines our rental procedures, liability limitations, responsibilities, and sets clear expectations for both Bruce Innovations Inc and the renter.
An up front deposit is required to reserve your seats. The deposit per race is 50% of the rental seat cost; it also serves as a damage deposit. Full rental payment is due a minimum of 30 days prior to event start. The reserve/damage deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of event conclusion in the absence of race damage.
Our BMW M3 is a fun and easy to drive race car that is competitive in the GP1 class in WRL. It is well set up and has proven to be reliable. It is equipped with a paddle shifted ZF8HP transmission, cool suit, Garmin lap timer, AIM dash with AIM SmartyCam and radio communications for maximum driver comfort and convenience. Current WRL pricing starts at $30,000, Champ Car starts at $16,500; divisible by up to 3 drivers.
Our BMW M4 GT4 is a factory BMW built GT4 race car that is campaigned in the GT0 class in WRL. We have upgraded the cooling systems to be better suited to the requirements of endurance racing. Additionally it is equipped with a cool suit, Garmin lap timer, AIM dash with Smarty Cam and radio communications. Current pricing starts at $60,000; divisible by up to 3 drivers.
